Over the course of his 30 year career Michael has built a reputation for innovation, team leadership and financial performance. His experience ranges from guiding offshore electronic equipment startups to leading $20B capital projects. As a leadership partner at Accenture, he created the innovation and high performance product development practice serving many of the Fortune 100. Michael also serves on the boards of Liberty Management Services, Monterey Group One and Coastal Development Group.
Thomas is a recognized expert in the field of user experience design and "user-centered" application development. In prior roles he has served as Vice President overseeing software development and marketing. He has extensive experience with large scale object configuration management solutions, enterprise class system development and hardware technologies with hands-on roles for the FAA and as a member of the United States Navy.
Michael has over twenty years experience in the software industry both in product development and consulting roles. He is an expert in the field of portals and related RIA and server techlonogies having spent twelve years working for Oracle, including designing and architecting their portlet platform. He holds a BSc. in Physics and a MSc. in computer graphics.
As an accomplished experience designer, Mark is responsible for all client-facing programs and applications including user experience design, marketing and corporate branding. In prior roles, he has served as the senior graphic designer for an architectural firm, creative director at Bentley-Hall publications and was responsible for overseeing the design and marketing of many magazines and products.
